A spoonful of Colman's Classic Mint Sauce mixed with finely chopped onions, tomatoes and peppers, makes a great, quick salsa.
Ingredients: Water, Mint (25%), vinegar, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, acetic acid, stabiliser (xanthan gum), colour (copper chlorophylin).
