Try adding a spoonful of Colman's Fresh Garden Mint Concentrate mixed with finely chopped onions, tomatoes and peppers, to make a great, quick salsa. Alternatively, swirl through natural yoghurt and add grated cucumber for a cooling curry accompaniment.
