Our Crunchy with Chilli Mustard Powder is produced exclusively for the shop by the Colman's factory. It is a hot coarse grain mustard powder mix of Colman's double super fine mustard powder and chillies.
It can be mixed with any cold liquid (water, wine, beer) to serve as a prepared mustard. Best mixed with equal amounts of cold liquid and powder, leave to stand for 10 minutes to allow the full flavour to develop.
It can also be used in powder form to spice up salads, vinaigrette dressings and mayonnaise, as well as to add a kick to many sweet and savoury dishes including roast potatoes, stews. soups, etc
Ingredients: mustard powder, sugar, salt, spices, chillies (1.3%), Citric Acid.
