Colman's Tartare Sauce is an ideal accompaniment to fish, but can also be used as a sauce for pasta or chicken. Just add a little single cream to warm tartare sauce and pour over.
Ingredients: Water, vegetable oil, spirit vinegar, glucose syrup, sugar, gherkins (7%), pasteurised egg yolk powder, capers (3%), salt, modified potato starch, parsley, mustard flour, stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), garlic powder, preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
