Henshelwood's were the official suppliers to the 2012 London Olympics. All of Henshelwood's mustards are made by hand on Scotland's the Isle of Bute.
Helshelwood's Cardomom mustard is a particularly hot, aromatic mustard. It is ideal with rare beef, chicken, mature cheese and hot dogs. Mix with a little olive oil and spread over meat before grilling or add to cheese sauces.
