Ingredients

120g Colman's Hot English Mustard
30ml honey
30ml white vinegar
30g brown sugar
Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Stir together the honey and mustard over a medium heat and add the brown sugar and vinegar
  • Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 - 10 minutes
  • Once simmered, add ground black pepper to taste
  • If using as a marinade, add meat to the pan and simmer for a further 30 minutes, then barbecue
