Jubberwacky, a local brand based in Norfolk, has combined Colman’s mustard and Woodforde’s Mardler's Mild ale to create a product that is exclusive to Colman’s Mustard Shop and Museum.
A mild and smooth mustard, packed with flavour, slightly sweet with a hint of honey, aromatic spices and a gentle heat towards the end. Delicious with ham or in marinades and salad dressings. Once open refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
Mardle definition: To waste time in gossip. (Anglo-Saxon, Mathel-ian, to talk; methél, a discourse).
Ingredients: Cider vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, honey, Mardler’s Mild ale (10.7% - hops, malt, yeast and water), Jubberwacky spiced redcurrant jelly (apples, redcurrants, sugar, lemon juice, spices), Norfolk rapeseed oil, salt.
Allergy information: Mardler’s Mild beer contains wheat and is filtered using isinglass. This product contains mustard and may contain traces of nuts.
