colmans mustard

Ingredients

 


1 lettuce, washed
2 eggs, hard boiled, shelled and quartered
225g (8oz) French beans, topped and tailed and blanched
225g (8oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
3 spring onions
185g can tuna, drained
50g can anchovy fillets, drained and halved lengthways
A few black olives
Dressing:
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Colman’s Original Mustard Powder
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon clear honey
Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

 

  • Place lettuce leaves in the base of a serving dish and arrange salad ingredients on top.
  • Place dressing ingredients in a screw top jar, adding salt and pepper to taste. Shake well to blend together.
  • Sprinkle dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
